Capturing a Milestone
Inside the production powering Univision's 70th Anniversary

Founder's Note
Every project, every production, every experiment is a chance to push boundaries, learn, and scale. What excites me most is not just the work we’re delivering today, but the foundation we’re building for the next chapter—one where the stories we tell, the brands we support, and the communities we engage continue to grow together.

Inside the Production Powering Univision’s 70th Anniversary
In September, 434 Media delivered one of its most complex productions to date: three commercial shoots executed in a single day during Alejandro Fernández’s private concert at San Antonio’s Aztec Theatre, an event that also marked Univision’s 70th anniversary.
The assignment brought together Davis Law Firm, Cavender’s Boot City, and Cavender Toyota, each with a distinct brand message. Coordinating those stories within a live concert environment required meticulous planning: multiple run-of-show schedules, mapped camera paths through the historic venue, and split-second timing to manage downtown traffic.
The Aztec itself played a critical role. With its Meso-American architecture and layered history, it offered both challenges and opportunities, demanding precision from our crews while amplifying the cultural impact of the final work.
Highlights from the day included Univision host Carolina Vela, styled by Cavender’s Boot City, guiding audiences through custom activations, as well as the cinematic staging of a Toyota Tundra arrival outside the theater. Each moment reinforced the value of creative agility paired with technical expertise.
For 434 Media, this project underscored the capability to scale production, adapt to live conditions, and deliver at the intersection of brand storytelling and cultural events.
